Set up & Clean up

 

Please plan to arrive at 5:30M on Thursday, March 23rd to set up your display table and get your presentation location. We do not want families walking around while you are setting up. All dishes, artifacts, etc. must be cleaned up by 7:30PM.

Welcome to International Night Country Sign-up!

 

Please sign-up below if you would like to participate in International Night by presenting a country.

Are you bringing food to share?
 

If you are planning to serve food at your table, please remeber the following:

 

  1. Bring bowls, napkins, plates, forks, spoons, serving utensils, and any other items needed to share your dish.

  2. Label all food items at your table. Please have the ingredients if possible.

What do you need to do?

Please click HERE or the REGISTER button below to sign up for a display table.

Decorations

 

Please feel free to decorate your table and add some creative touches to your display.

 

Label or have an explanation of the artifacts or food items at your display table. Index cards will be provided.

Procedures and Reminders

 

Please have at least one adult at your table to monitor your belongings. We cannot guarantee that everything will be kept safe, as there will be many people in the building.

Passports

 

Every student will be given a passport as the visit the various countries. Youwill be given flag stickers for students to add to their passports. Please hand these out as students visit your country's table.

Performances

 

Performances may be no longer than 5 minutes each. Your child should arrive at the stage door at least 10-15 minutes before their performance. If your child is not there on time, we will move on and they will only have an oppotunity to perform if there is extra time at the end. Please send all music to be used in the performance to Ms. Welch by March 9th. Ms. Welch's e-mail is welchh@fultonschools.org

Fashion Parade

 

The fashion show will begin at 7:00PM. Students that are participating will need to line up starting at 6:45 in the hallway near the stage door. Please click the FASHION SHOW button below to sign-up to participate.
